Policy of returns

At evahomestore.gr we want to keep you satisfied and we follow a flexible policy of returns, according to the legislation and the terms & conditions of our suppliers. Either you receive any faulty product or any mistake occurs upon your order, in case you are unsatisfied by your purchasing experience, you are able to request an immediate replacement of the item or a full refund under the following conditions:

  1. Full refund is acceptable within 14 days since the date of receive.
  2. The item needs to have been bought exclusively from evahomestore.gr.
  3. Under no circumstance an item is acceptable unless it remains on its initial condition. Therefore the item:

a. Should not have been washed

b. Should not have been used

c. Should have all its labels

d. Should have its packaging in full condition

 

4. The item must have its customer receipt or the invoice.

5.  Any faulty item is replaced only be a similar item.

6. For hygiene purposes, any replacements on pillows, pillow or bed protective covers, are not acceptable.

7. Big-sized items like duvets, quilts, blankets etc. are not replaced unless they are faulty.

Important Notice: evahomestore.gr has no responsibility if the texture, the color or the quality of the product is different from anything that the client may suppose or claim. Also any colors in pictures may differ according to your screen settings. Photos intend to depict the pattern of the product and not necessarily the color tones.

How to return your product

Α. In case you wish to return a faulty product, or any mistake occurred during your order placement, or if you received a wrong item, please follow the steps below: 1. Contact with us in order to clarify any details regarding your return. 2. In case of a faulty product, it is necessary that you send us a photograph of the item at info@evahomestore.gr so us we can support you at best possible, and confirm the replacement with our supplier. Any faulty item can be replaced only by a same product or a similar. 3. Download and complete here the Form of Return and send it by e-mail in the following address: info@evahomestore.gr with the indication “RETURN”. 4. Box the product so as to be protected during postage. 5. In case you wish to return a faulty product, or any mistake occurred during your order placement, please send the product with the same shipping option that you received it. 6.After the return of the products, we check any faults that have been reported by the client and then we contact with him in order to inform him for the following steps. In case that any fault is confirmed, we proceed on the product replacement or on the order cancellation in case that a replacement with the same or similar product is unable.

Β. In case that you wish to return a product due to your decision, and if all the necessary conditions are fulfilled, you may choose any courier service you wish as in this case all shipping costs are paid by the costumer only. In this case, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact with us in order to clarify any details regarding your return.
  2. Download and complete the Form of Return and send it by e-mail in the following address: info@evahomestore.gr with the indication “RETURN”.
  3. Box the product so as to be protected during postage.
  4. Send the product either by using our collaborate courier service or any other courier service of your choice. In this case you pay the charge of the shipping.
